I provide psychotherapy services primarily to individuals and couples,

as well to children, teens, young adults, and family members.

I mainly utilize Restoration Therapy:

• Restoration Therapy reveals your Pain Cycle and Peace Cycle.

• I help you uncover your cycle’s and gain insight into how they are contributing to your situation.

• The model relies on addressing violations of love and safety/trustworthiness, that cause pain and coping.

• Through uncovering and practicing your pain and peace cycles, you find greater self regulation, healthy responses, restored identity and safety, and peace towards yourself, others and with God.

• Additionally, I utilize empathic listening, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic modalities, all while integrating the Christian faith as you so desire.

  • I speak conversational Spanish, able to assist English first speakers with moderate Spanish inclusion in therapy.

  • Being multi-cultural myself, and having lived and ministered internationally, I am able to assist clients with their multi & intercultural needs.

  • I am passionate about serving Christian church and ministry workers. I was a international missionary for 6 years focusing on the leadership and pastoring of teams and ministries. As well, being born and raised in a Pastor’s family and being part of numerous ministries personally, I love fulfilling the great need for assisting this population.

  • I thoroughly enjoy integrating your faith as you feel comfortable, to help bring healing and growth with the difficulties you are facing.

I am a level II Restoration Therapy provider, having been trained and mentored by founder Terry Hargrave, PhD. This modality is uniquely tailored to assist couples, most notably through self-regulation techniques focused on learning your pain and peace cycles. We will journey together to learn your cycles and equip your relationship to thrive based upon truth.  

Additionally, I am a certified Prepare & Enrich facilitator. 

If you are looking for pre-marital counseling, I will help equip you and your partner with tools for a successful marriage.

I work with teens, young adults and men of all ages in a wide variety of issues. I look forward to assisting you, a fellow friend, son, or brother, in achieving healing and hope towards becoming the person you have desired to become.

Through my own personal history of having an extensive journey in Christian service, I am able to focus on assisting Christian workers in their multi-layered needs, ranging from ministry burnout, relational conflict, and journey's through the wilderness.

Whether you are a Pastor, Pastor's Wife, PK, MK, or TCK, I look forward to tackling the unique issues that are particular to your experience. 

Christian workers, or children of Christian workers, often have a specific set of needs and concerns that take a unique set of ears and expertise to achieve healing and wholeness.
